The culture of consumption of oysters is only gaining momentum in Ukraine, and we can not compete with France or the US in this matter. And to study thoroughly the product, which is almost not produced in Ukraine, is rather difficult. But in order to understand what the famous taste of these or those oysters depends on, the chef needs to know all the stages of cultivation.
