The State Agency of Ukraine for the Development of Land Reclamation, Fisheries and Food Programs (State Agency of Ukraine) is the central body of the executive power, the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, and which implements state policy in the field of fisheries and fish industry, protection, use and reproduction of water bioresources, regulation of fishing, food supply, land reclamation and operation of state water management facilities of complex purpose, inter-farm irrigation and drainage systems.
