INGREDIENTS:
● 120 g of small potatoes
● 15 grams of fat
● 15 g of sour cream
● 15 grams of red caviar
 
COOKING METHOD:
1. Cut the fat.
2. Boil the potatoes, then cut out the hemisphere from the middle.
3. Put there sour cream and bacon.
4. Bake in a convector for 8 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
5. Lay on the hearth with charcoal and decorate with red caviar.
